Gary, I guess it comes down to the fact that this one trick pony may be able to go into other markets, but they can forget the margins they get from selling PCs via catalogues, either on the net or over the phone. Also, something I haven't mentioned lately, and ex the PC turndown, we could be nearing the natural limit to a catalogue seller in this market. Folks still like to kick the tires before they buy. And the tradeoff between taxes and shipping costs angles away from Dell as ASPs drop. MB
