John, speaking of "noise", ULBI volume is 2100 sh. at 15:30. Uh, Chisy, while we're on the subject, "noise" is a metaphor sometimes used by communications types to indicate a general low level of activity. In physical terms, noise may mean radio(or other electromagnetic) fields, random in nature and very low strength.
