Hmmm? Even so, the prices on Pricewatch are higher for K62-400 than Celelron 400. That by itself contradicts your original argument that K6 are selling based on low prices only. Celeron does have a bad name (unjustified IMO). The fact that Intel rushed its move into the <$1000 market by introducing an inferior product is perhaps the lucky break AMD needed. So far so good.
