Interesting answers...

1] 120 Day Hold Period do securities laws or exchange regulations enter into this decision? ... or need to issue a prospectus vs the ability to get away without issuing one.

2] Why The Change? Might demand have factored into this decision? ... perhaps just a tiny little bit? Perhaps, a huge bit?

3]Previous Questions - Management has been very busy as of late But Agora, you told us that the Q&A was cancelled due to insufficient interest. Now which is it? ;-)

Agora: You people are very smooth, polite Spokespeople. But since I've heard of you in the last month or so, VNE has dropped from $3.00/share down to $0.94/share. Seems like valu-net has a good management plan and is a great little Canadian internet company and like a pro said the other day, if some of those new Internet companies were in the USA they would be 10 times their value here in Canada. I don't know if VNE should do their own talking to turn things around or like other treads, have some competition who can jump on your VNE shorter and eat him alive every time he spoke. These guys are on every thread and are interested in scaring the hell out of everyone, driving the shares down so they can make dollars and it's working perfect so far here ($3.25 down to $0.80/sh.). Let's hope that VNE has now bottomed out and heading back up.
