I don't think the are any effects that I can see, at the moment. The deal is about and exchange of technology for services. Also, I don't think this affects SEG's near term price, at all. However, there may be another opinion.

I read this as a negative for SEG and COMS ... the degree to which it impacts the former is difficult to know at this time. I have a call in to get SEG's opinion. I will share any meaningful news.

The way I read the agreement, it does not sound great. But, IBM is not going to be a sole supplier in any of these areas.
