Anthony, question..... Those guys at Watley are now telling me that when the floor didn't give me a confirm on my cancel for over an hour yesterday, that they had in fact cancelled the order right away, but that there was a "system error". If I want to make sure what time the order was really cancelled by the floor, what do I do. On my screen, it was cancelled over an hour later after I gave it to Watley. I say they took the cancel, and I had in fact been filled....they covered and made the money themselves. I want to know when I was cancelled by the floor. Should I ask Watley for time list or what? Also, who should be accountable?
