Talk about begging the question. For what reason? Because I am an individual and I control my body and all things that are extensions of it thereof. If we accept a market system as the only viable operation of economics, then the only viable legal operation of that system is to embrace property rights. That has been proven time and again. Once that legal status is confirmed, then my existence is more than a bodily manifestation, but takes on legal ramifications as well. Society doesn't have to honor my will. My family (or those named in the will) do. Society isn't a "thing" or a "person". It can't perform acts like executing or honoring a will.
