By filing suit against a company in which you have an equity stake, you cost yourself ~$6m. If my calculations are correct, INTU owns approx 20% of CKFR. There are approx. 50m outstanding shares, so INTU owns 10m shares. Price dropped from 38 to 30. That makes it an 80m dollar hit. Ouch! - They must think they have a hell of a case!
