freeus..re "BTO" read my response to stock bull..first understand what bto is and how simplistic and you will see it's not proprietary, no secrets, just a well proven, before msd manufacturing method...japanese have been doing it since 1970 something.....just takes a commitment that some companies can keep...sort of like teaching an old dog another old trick, that they didn't think was entertaining twenty years ago...grasp what msd is doing it's fluid simplicity....can't fail, as long as msd keeps true...good luck, ed a.

What is so secretive about BTO model? Anyone can copy model simply by changing marketing approach.

On the other hand, Patents and R&D expenditures are valuable assets. If I understood the deal correctly, DELL will have access to these assets. Therefore, it is MHO that DELL will benefit from deal.
