In 1997 the SEC formed the Special Office for Internet Enforcement headed by John Reed Stark.In October they made their first sweep of Internet touts charging 44 individuals with various violations. 60 more charges are pending. If you have a complaint you can contact them at www.sec.gov/enforce/con-form.htm. By the way David Walsh didn't make any movies; he died broke in the Bahamas after Canada's RCMP securities fraud unit froze all his assets through a treaty with the Bahamas.

NTAH Popped up yesterday to .12, It will Pop again today! Looking at my Chart the RSI and EMAD indicators will cross in an upswing, this means IMHO NTAH will reach a new Recent High. Stock after Stock this always happens, with the Values I have set for those indicators. When they Cross a stock Pops up, and both indicators are in an upswing and are as close to crossing as possible. Just thought I'd let the Thread know. Hope you check the Thread this morning. JW@KSC
