Imagine the people who sold out of Level One today based on the analyst downgrade. Stock closed at 27ish I think, and offer is priced about 50ish.

Oh Jerry, I had LEVL up on my screen all day!!! A mouse click away from 500 shares @ 27 1/4 near the close! I didn't like the fact that it had breached it's 200 day EMA and thought I'd wait to the morning when the dust settled...I think there is more here than meets the eye. Look at the volume on LEVL today. Me thinks some of the big boys played ole Adams and Harkness like a fiddle...and the proceeds could buy many Stradivarius'....BWDIK..It's bad enough not having bought today, but having been a holder and selling today on the downgrade?!!! If I was that analyst I'd be watching my back.... johnny
