Look at using an Inactivity stop. Set it for something along the lines of, if the stock doesn't move at least 150% in 3 days, close the position.

This is from memory, so if I have it wrong, corrections welcome.

ought to do it, unless you are trading BRK.A. In that case, make it +10000.
