think that's right Bala. there are about 10.5 million shares out. the lockup ended in late January, so this is it. for now...<g>

The threat from YHOO Auction! is very real and serious. With a P/E of 2000 (much more than YHOO or AOL), I doubt ebay will run any higher. A flea market is still a flea market even if it is a online flea market. It could drop 50 points any day. Will tomorrow be the day? I am out of ebay, and currently hold a large position in CNET.
