the deal was probably based on a ratio of stk prices,and with intels
fall the premium could have rose upwards for level one as intels stk price fell.
btw one year ago today intel warned q 1 would be light...glad we didnt hear that instead!

I don't feel that retail stores selling less(COMPUSA) is a real mirror of the industry (also the reason why I see that AMD story as BS). More and more people are buying PC's made to order over the telephone, DELL GTW etc., not to mention how the corporations buy their goods. Hope to hear good news after the 10th....M
