>>>>>Had to take my fishing buddy to the hospital for a bunch of heart tests.<<<<<

Last Wednesday's New York Times had a special section on Men's Health, one article said that men don't tend to be good patients, they are too passive and not proactive enough. Also said that men don't take care of their health as well as women do. The writer was recovering from some obscure testicular cancer, the physician who diagnosed it only treated two or three such cancers a year, and the guy's wife made him go to a specialist, and asked a lot of questions, and made sure that everyone kept up with everything and nothing fell through the cracks. The writer noticed that the women patients and the wives of men patients were like that, while the men just sat around and did what they were told. I was wondering if maybe that was a New York thing? Did you watch any of the tests?

>>>>>Then I went to the Super Walmart to buy myself some Tampex Tampons for summer and they were packed.<<<<<

The Walmart was packed, or the Tampax were packed? Both, probably. OK, I'm not proud, why Tampax? Why only in the summer? If you need them, why don't you need them year round?
