It says: We couldn't get financing at any reasonable price for our previous business plan, so we'll sell and or license what we've got left to our few remaining DSL customers, shrink the company, and hope to make a little money in the process.

DSL is dead at WSTL. Sort of ironic that INTC acquisition of LEVL was announced 30 minutes earlier.

they are finally growing up. i guess they have been paying attention to the message boards. now, what they need to do is a CC tomorrow and spell everything out..return to profitabilty, etc.
