Looks like its going to be a stock for stock buy out. The following is a post off of Yahoo. Further Clarification by: billshelley 457 of 461 Expert's CFO called me at 2.25 EST and sais that agreement with Activision is a stock for stock transaction with fractional shares purchased in cash. Told him that they should issue new press release clarifying this matter.
