Every time CYOE bores me, it always refreshing to look at their filings...they are so doomed it is not even funny. I wish I could do GTC orders for my short sales - I would throw in a GTC for another short of CYOE @ 7 - whether it gets there or not, I don't know. As 3/18 approaches there will probably be excitement brewing in this one. I can't begin to predict what kind of squeeze will occur - probably none at all, but I have left room to hit this one hard (hard for me anyway) in the event of a squeeze. -NH

Mama & CYOE Fans - I never have seen such wording as in CYOE's S3 From time to time the Selling Stockholder may engage in short sales, short sales against box, puts and calls and other transactions in securities of the Company or derivatives thereof, and may sell and deliver the Shares in connection therewith or in settlement of securities loans. From time tot time the Selling Stockholders may pledge their Shares pursuant to the margin provisions of its customer agreements with its brokers. Upon a default by the Selling Stockholders, the broker may, from time to time, offer and sell the pledged Shares. MOUHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHA :) BellBoy
