TO ALL: . . EYDY looks pretty scammy to me. . .here is how you can tell. . .first thing. . they don't report their finances to the SEC. . .this means they can say whatever they want about money and never have to prove it. Second, it is hard to find info about the company. . . that is not by accident. The company has not been trading long. . .even then, there are only 3 news stories to be found and NO financials whatsoever.

This should be PLENTY to stay away.

Third. .take a look at this news in italics:

TORRANCE, Calif., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Sales volume as well as unit sales are up substantially after abandoning an exclusive distributor marketing strategy. The exclusive distributor was discontinued in favor of selling products through a national sales force of
special instrument dealers. This change was made in July of 1998.
This means their distributor dumped them. . . if you have no big name distribution in medical sales. . you sell nothing

Aggressive marketing methods are being used to further increase market share for Eye Dynamics (OTC Bulletin Board: EYDY - news) with its medical product, the House InfraRed/Video ENG System, which is sold to physicians, clinics and hospitals. This product is used to aid in the diagnosis of dizziness, vertigo and balance disorders with an average
selling price of $25,000 each. The market for this and simplified similar products is estimated at 800-1000 systems annually or about Twenty Million Dollars ($20,000,000).

This number implies that this little company can sell about 4-5 25,000 dollar units PER DAY. . .EVERY DAY. They will be lucky if out of 20 new sales reps, they can get 2 that stay longer than 6 months. . .I have built many sales forces. . .I would be impressed if they sold 1 unit every two weeks. . .giving them 650k of raw revenues.

Eye Dynamics President, Charles Phillips, says, ''We are crafting a path that will lead to achieving our goal of $15 million in revenue within three years.
TOTALLY unrealistic number with absolutely no plan on how it will be acheived.

Along the way, we need additional capital to support our plan, however, we are confident it will be available to us as our sales growth continues.''
We will sell as much stock as possible to stupid people in order to fund our 'activities.'

Formerly, Phillips, as CEO, led
led? in what capacity? Salesman? Akai America, a major Japanese consumer and institutional electronics company, through a growth from Eleven Million Dollars ($11,000,000) to over Seventy Million dollars ($70,000,000) in sales. He has experience in start up companies and
with over 30 years of executive management experience, is well equipped to lead Eye Dynamics to its goals.

In another press release they said their inventions were "the subject of U.S. and several foreign patents". . .this means they have not been issued a patent. . .nor do they have any patents PENDING. Sounds like they have not even applied for one yet. . .sounds like they are trying to raise money to pay an engineer to do the drawings necessary to send an application into the U.S. Patent Office with the proper funds. . but the whole project is still on someones desk. . .meaning it may never get any further than that.

Yeah, it will probably go up and make a few people some money, and lose MANY people some money, but I would not want to be the one to hold it overnight.
