Tim, I'd be happy with $35 at the end of this fiscal year (May, isn't it?). Still think a Palm Computing spin-off would be a huge boon for existing shareholders. That would be one HOT IPO. As for the modem business; I think it's still a big part of Eric's strategy (however crumbling that strategy may be). I assume a sale of networking assets to Siemans would involve LAN/WAN switching products but 3Com would retain NICs, modems, cable modems, xDSL, and Palm businesses. Right?
