RE: "Gag Order" on information

I don't blame their corporate attorney. When I was the attorney for a small company, I too knew that there was a VERY fine line that one never was sure if one had crossed. The penalties for being wrong are not pretty...

As an investor, I find nothing more irritating than postings from a select few who claim to have the 'inside scoop' from someone inside a company. If a company has information they want to get out, I want it posted by the company in a public forum for all to see. Anything less is just a rumor.

I agree. Glad to see someone is willing to put a sock in it rather than wash dirty laundry in public. Info on the PR dispute should be closely held, although I'm glad we know about it.

Appears Microphonics is going to have to get itself an information officer. Actually, voice mail would reduce a lot of needless telephone traffic.

Myles and Jimmy need to get back to work. They have more important things to work on, like dividing up all those options, etc. You know, the important things that come with running a corporation.

Brian,
re your 2072, I am actually very very glad that the Attorney finally stepped in here. We ALL want to get as much information as possible about MRPS. I want it as much as anyone on here does. However, I was very concerned that Myles may not have been as sophisticated as he needs to be about giving out information.
The SEC has very specific rules and regulations that a publically traded firm needs to follow in order to comply. Let's agree that we all know this. Now, I am not a day trader. I am not smart enough. I over the years have spent countless hundreds, if not thousands, of hours watching first the paper tapes and then the ticker on the wall.
I have tried and tried to outguess the psychology of the market. I have failed many times. Although, I have always managed to make money long term.
This is very good news to me about MRPS>
