Meteo, RE: Reverse split; If the company elects, it could remove the power of the board of directors to perform a reverse split, for a period of time, say 12 months... or forever. We are still dealing with two issues, the past deeds of the company (already submitted to the SEC and court) and the future. From the actions I see taking place, that are written in stone... I see no difference. I anticipate a rejuvenation of this company. It is unfortunate that shareholders must take action. JMO, MM
