Lonepine, excellent summation. The point I wanted to get across is we have a win-win situation here. Log are indicative that there is a very large zone at 25k. At this point we don't know what the flow rates will produce for the zones which will be tested. So until we receive the test results, we can't be sure that it won't be sufficient cash flow to continue with the next round of drilling. Granted a financing is probably the way to go based on the logs. That's probably the reason the stocks have been pushed to these levels, so the MM can do an internal financing to themselves for pennies on the dollar. However, it is incouraging to see that the operator is very confident that we will win the lawsuit. I agree with your assumption about weatherford settling early. They don't need the bad publicity. I think once they are ready to test we will see a spike in the price. Now the question is how long before they run the tests. BWTHDIKT
