You're right about management turnover, and certainly the stock is real speculative.

And as others would say to you, and I would second: "If you are nervous about this company, or the Japanese, or the financing risk, then sell you shares. Period. And then you won't have to worry about it. You can always buy back in later if and when they announce meaningful contracts. The stock isn't going to care if you own it or not."
