So, who's gonna win in this whole mess??

- Fed wants to limit liability so agencies and businesses can't get sued.

- States pass laws to absolve themselves from any Y2K litigation.

- States then then pass laws so citizens can sue ... everyone but them.

- EPA tells companies they're absolved from any fines and/or litigation if people get hurt because of Y2K testing - as long as they can show that they've been making good faith efforts toward Y2K remediation.

Yeah. Attorney's are the ones who'll make money ... IF ... their own systems AND vendors AND government ... are compliant, if electricity and telecoms work.

Personally I think it's kinda funny that some of these law firms haven't thought the whole thing thru. Too many $$ in their eyes.
