Brooks --

I wasn't able to get a copy today - but it looks like Lehman did. I put up an earlier post and extracted the part that Lehman seemed to be quoting from the lawsuit filing.

I don't think anyone will be seeing the original agreement anytime soon...

<<<If they are NOT suing a stop the YHOO deal (as this afternoon's press release seems to say) and they are NOT suing to derail any future portal deal, then what the hell is this all about?>>>

As BC or BG would say, it all depends on what you mean by "portal".

From what the Lehman guy said, I'm guessing it's about what non-Intuit portals CKFR can sign up. They let Yahoo slip by. Banks don't count as portals. The billers sites don't count as portals. Intuit has an existing "bill pay" feature which attracts people to their site. I'm sure they don't want to lose those people and in fact they want to grow their traffic with the addition of bill presentment. CKFR must be able to sign up other major portals before 2000, so something will have to be worked out with Intuit.
