Hi Chuzz, re:<<...you feared that...>> First, the use of "feared" is an overkill to say the least. Lets not forget that we are talking about investments, not life or dead. Second, if IBM continues to compete against Dell in the pc business, I would expect IBM to use the BTO knowledge gained from Dell against Dell in the marketplace. That's all I was trying to express. Heck, for all I know, IBM may give up the consumer pc business and let Dell have their customer base. Of course, giving Dell a customer base that buys through the channel may not help Dell very much...but, who knows what's going on behind the scenes.
