Big Al: Ah yes -- that makes sense -- Perhaps INTU was counting on all that "little-guy" e-bill business and wants to run CKFR out of that segment of the market. Assuming the CKFR press release is correct (and I don't doubt it) then INTU actually supports CKFR going after the big billers and the big portals -- where all the dazzle is anyway. So -- if the best this suit could do is slow CKFR down for six months in going after the least-profitable part of the business ... why worry?
