Denise, I do not know much about Planet America. But, it does say something about BID.COM - i.e. the company it keeps. EBAY, UBID....not bad company.

>>>>Planet America Inc. -PNTC- to Launch 1,200 Local Area Web Portals that will Capture the US $1.7 Trillion Retail Market<<<<

Denise.....
this is not to say that you are promoting this company but I just want to caution all if they are considering buying this company due to this release....
I know nothing about PNTC however.....I have seen MANY times news releases by BB companies and other companies when they state they are doing something to " capture a market worth $1 billion, trillion , whatever zillion...it doesn't matter ".....that this is a RED FLAG in the hugest way.
Now, this is my opinion as to the flag but I would like to bet anyone here that 6 months from now....PNTC will not be trading at anywhere close to what it is trading at now....These types of news releases are meant for a " last ditch pump " to get more people to take paper off of market maker and insider's hands.
NOW>......I have no idea if this will really happen here but I am just going by experience where I have been burned and this rings too familiar.

I would say that, in my opinion, we should not be upset at all if BID.COM is never mentioned along with this company.

*** I know that I may sound a little arrogant in this post but I am not trying to. I could be totally wrong but I just wanted to share my thoughts as this is what these boards are for. ***

all the best Denise and again, I am not thinking that you are in any way pumping or promoting this company.

take care.

You know, even if BII isn't issuing their own press releases or having any articles published (that I can find) about what they're doing, at least they are being mentioned in others.

As reported by (me!) about BII's mention in two Pla.net America PRs that appeared last week, they are now mentioned (with some big names, I might add) in the following PR issued by Pinnacle Business Management:

biz.yahoo.com

Pinnacle Business Management, Inc. Franchising Division Formed

Their "branded Pinnacle Cash Card will be available free" and will be used "to buy over the Internet what until now has only been available to those with Credit Cards". "The realm of E-Commerce can then include consumers who cannot, do not, or will not use Credit Cards for purchases. This proprietary technology will also enable merchants to be paid faster, and goods will be shipped sooner."

IMO, this will help all e-commerce sites - I wonder how many potential customers this will help bring. At the very least, it is increasing attention among investors. At the most, I wonder if BII's mention in three OTC-BB PRs in the past week mean that this community is already well aware of BII, and it should hit the Nasdaq well-anticipated.

Any thoughts?

Regards,
Denise.
