Sirk.. do not have my facts wrong.. The previous management issued 144's up the ying yang to everyone and anyone.. hell Im sure the cleaning service they used was paid with 144's. If you take your time and do some DD (something I know you have no idea about) you'll see what Im saying. They company clearly stated to whom they have issued the 144's in the PR I posted, that total is approx. 50 million 144's. The big blocks, as you call them.. were part of the 144's being sold.. the 50million shares they issued are not subject to lock up agreements, as stated in the press release. That is, they can be sold at any given time. Throughout the past 3 months 12 million shares worth of 144's have been sold, that leaves another 34 million out there which can be sold at any given time since: "None of these shareholders consented to entering into Shareholders Lock Up Agreement"(as per the PR) I am done with this.. as always you show your ignorance.. just as you did with LTGL and countless other scams Happy Trading, Israel..
