It makes sense, but do you get just a little nervous that there could be a sea change or serious reversal down the road? Seems very unlikely, but SEPR is a biotech nonetheless, even if unconventional one?

Let me just add that Peter's technique was to buy the farthest out and highest strike options for SEPR, after the stock had declined sharply. I don't want to speak for him, but I don't recall him buying these calls when the stock was breaking out.
