First, i don't think the company will use all his 400,000,000 shares to acquire this business. Second, these shares they use ARE NOT IN THE FLOAT!!! REMEMBER THIS. IF... (LET SAY) THEY USE ALL 400,000,000 SHARES, AT MOST, ALL OF THESE SHARES ARE NOT IN THE FLOAT!!! SO, THE COMPANY EARN ASSETS WHICH IS NOT DILLUTING SHARE'S VALUES!!! OH MAN!!! THIS IS HUGE!!! I SAY AGAIN: HUGE!!! (I AM NOT HYPING OK, BUT THIS IS THE FACT!). So, with 1.5 million/ 100,000,000 shares in float. We have 0.015 EPS * 18 P/E = 12 cents of share price! ONLY remember, ONLY for the revenue on this acquisition, not counting other revenues EUTO gets from other financial services and IPO fields that was around .008 EPS.
