You are not saying that 'selling' has something to do with the price of the stock I hope. If you or anyone believe that it could be stretching the truth a bit as the management gets only about 6 months during the year in which they can sell and they often sell regardless of the price of the stock. If the stock price had anything to do with one wouldn't think they would have sold it last year,year before last or the years before that-now would they?

PS:I couldn't make out from your post whether it was your contention or someone else was making that comment.

Not impressed by your argument. MD has been selling when the stock price was much lower then today. So, what are we suppose to make of that. He was wrong before and right now? It looks more like systematic selling to me. Every quarter he will sell a small amount no matter what next quarter or next year holds.
