It does look like there is some value here, but why have their earnings gone negative? Would anyone care to explain?

Thanks, Geoff. That is pretty much my take on it. I suspect that their current slump relates more to a general uneasiness with the whole area of box makers and board stuffers. Since their business is more diversified than just board stuffing, and I do not see truly dishonest or incompetent management, I feel the market misjudges them.
Flex still has a lot of growth to go, and --geez, this is a 52-week low, so I am a buyer below $5.
