I don't know what they got, if anything, because they are not a reporting company. The financing they have been talking about is in the form of convertible debenture. I am not an expert in this area, but Trader14u is. According to him, a convertible debenture for a BB company is bad news for stockholders. It usually means the lender can purchase stock at 10% to 20% below the bid price. Consequently, the stock gets shorted to high heaven because they have a guaranteed cover in place.
