Joseph,

That recent large gap on TKLC, although not quite large enough to qualify it as a PGDCEB play, would tend to predict the stock will move lower before starting to trend back up. It will most likely see the same type of exhaustion bottom as a PGDCEB. That would be an initial short term buy signal.
