No. The information is disclosed. The shares for the PP are collateral for the loan. They will probably be retired back to the closet when the deal is done. TSIG is reporting so the information is not held in secret, just hard to find. Any purchase will have full disclosure of all information to both sides. This kind of deal won't be like Compact Connection. If you noticed the stock action on the discovery of this information was slight. The primary reactors were the weak hands giving up without getting an explanation. I suspect it was selling from the thread. They would have shaken out soon anyway. Better to replace them now. We come out stronger for it.
