News reports from Japan early this year said that North Korea was building at five or more underground launch sites for long-range Taepodong missiles close to its borders with China and South Korea capable of targeting parts of the U.S. Officials from the U.S. and North Korea are in New York to talk about American fears that an underground site in North Korea may involve nuclear weapons development.
