I think that these guys are playing by the book. My guess? The accent that I heard on the phone when I talked to one of them suggests that they may not have the same magnitude of local "family and friends" that other JV's in other projects have. The result of this is that we saw no increase of stock price prior to the news release. With ELH, and with soooo many other plays, the market seems to know way before the public. I think that they have a find. I think that the last NR was optimistic, but that the folks here are just not doing a pr thing. Hopefully they have enough money to finish #1. If that's the case, they won't have to do any further diluting. I don't have that much on this one, therefor, I haven't done that much study on it. I figure, being that it is in the "target zone", that many plays in the Bakersfield area will be getting allot of attention, and along with that speculation. Tri Valley is another co in the area planning to do something by the end of the second quarter. I've got a little piece of them as well. All for now. Russ
