Ivy owns no property anywhere. It leases space in NYC. There is no way the club will take in $4mm in revenues or $1.5mm in profits. Last I was at the club (a few weeks ago on a Saturday night) it was semi-empty (maybe 200 people at most). The cover charge all goes to the promoter so assume everybody has two drinks the club would take in $3200 for the entire night before paying the staff and security etc. Since the club is only open Thursday - Sunday that means the club would take in $15,000 tops per week. Assuming the club is open 50 weeks a year that means the Club grosses $750,000 in revenues. If the club has parties on some of the off nights etc. that could increase revenues but in any event the club will never make $1.5mm in profits. On top of that there was no valet parking and it did not look like it was feasible that valet partking would appear any time soon (there are a number of parking garages surrounding the club. While the acquisition of the club is a good thing, I am assuming club owners will get 85 - 95% of the total shares of Eutro and that the other businesses in Eutro will either be shut down or given away for nothing.
