cards here) and M3,,,,the only way to increase M3-M1 at hand is by the administration of the interest rates,,, and this looks pretty
unlikely because would affect adversely immediatley the
across the atlantic bourses orginating more shortselling potential,,,
,, as far as there is no M1, open market sterilization is not at hand,,, so both main defense mechanisms will fail,,,
what it strikes me the most is that the GOLDEN DREam
of seing the EURO playing the substitution effect game of RIN holdings in Latin Central Banks Portfolios and other is now absolutely broken,, i hardly see the Central Banks WW demanding now EUROS for RIN holdings,,, furthermore is like if Greenspan was shortselling the same EURO, which i would absolutely do because
otherwise the US will be in a pretty serious problem given
the case of a heavy drop in demand for US$ by Central Banks
