Analyst downgrades may be a good omen. Not only did I suffer with CKFR today with all of you, but another of my positions, LEVL (Level One Commu.) dropped 5 1/4 to 27 1/8 due to a downgrade by Adams Harkness & Hill. I was having a real bad day. After the close, however, INTC (Intel) thankfully bid about 49 in stock for LEVL.
CKFR's 2nd response to the INTU lawsuit put some egg on Lehman and BB/Robby Stephens comments,(but not as much as the Adams Harkness analyst). Unfortunately, you never get the whole decline back in such a situation any more than media people print retractions as large or as prominent as the original story. Liked the spirit of CKFR's announcement, however. Its mood was: we dare to print this because our shareholders are important to us, we will continue business as usual, even our legal adversary applauds our most recent big deal (presumably YHOO).

P.S. In no way is this a desire to see CKFR taken out at an 80% premium to today's closing price. I expect to hold on til we go past 225, otherwise I'd be disappointed.
