I get a real bad feeling here. hmmm. seems like a growing sentiment. why didn't the shareholders all receive notice of the shareholder meeting? someone could have raised these questions there. or did they? anyone? from my records... someone on the thread charged.... They did the state reg cheap and found out that it was going to be extremely expensive to ever dump anything down that bore other than water. IR responded 9/4/98...... ANYBODY WANT TO PUT A WAGER OF ANY KIND IN ESCROW AS TO WHETHER THE WELL WILL OR WILL NOT COME ON LINE? STEP RIGHT UP, FOLKS! i asked of the spinoffs.... What to expect? i was told on 10/21/98 Both companies are on target as stated in the M3 report last January. This is 2qnd qtr of fy'99 and that is when things were supposed to START TO HAPPEN. And they are starting. so based on the information directly from the company we were on track with the M3 report as of 10/21/1998. but then on 1/28/99 the story was a little different.... THE COMPANIES WILL HAVE TO HAVE DEMONSTRATED SOME EARNINGS, AND NONE OF THEM HAVE ACHIEVED THAT GOAL IN ANY MEANINGFUL WAY YET. but there was this added note.... I EXPECT ENVIROTEC TO MORE THAN MEET EVERYONE'S EXPECTATIONS WHEN THE FINAL COUNTING IS DONE. AND THE COUNT IS UNDER WAY. so if i'm confused about things then i guess it's because the information i've received has been confusing. all i ever wanted to know was when the well would be generating revenues and i've gotten indications that it was happening but also that it isn't happening. this is the issue that is fueling my current push to get the information. imho, the company needs to clearly state what's going on and clarify some of these old releases of information. i'm trying to be balanced and fair here but that has to occur on both sides of the fence. regards. gary
