Actually someone on CNBC put it at the 10th. Since INTC's customers have to get back by that date if they are to cancel/pull back on chip shipments for the quarter.

I think INTC should pre-announce that they won't pre-announce (like they did last September) and put all these rumors to rest once and for all :)
