If you use free edgar - you may want to type in the company name - for some reasons using symbols doesn't always work.

I'll take a stab at your RMAG , even tho noone responded this morning to my COOL pick before the bell <ggg>. RMAG is in a similar business to CAGI. Voice recognition systems for commercial application is central to both. One feature is that the system answers business telephones and directs and routes callers based on answers to prompted questions. All done thru 'mechanical' voice from the company receiving calls, while receiving and recognizing verbal responses from callers. CAGI has some other irons in the fire, but I can tell you their stock has rocketed in the past 6 months 13 fold to about the same price as RMAG.

The market is large and just getting going. And CAGI's system works great, I've used it. Of course there is also no shortage of companies going into this field of voice recognition and probably have a big lead and plenty of clout. What do you know about RMAG' s technology?

I have no idea how good RMAG's product is. Nor do I know if those press releases will ever turn into revenues. They are fascinating at least, no shortage of known names.

I'd sure love to get a current read on insider sales or filings...
Yahoo! shows very little selling , but only up til end of 98.

LOL, BOCA RATON, FL is known to be the source of some scam stock promotions, but that's not enough to make a call....

I'm not ready to put my money on it.

EDGAR Online shows two filings for RMAG:

- a 144 filed on Jan. 6 '99
- a 10QSB (Quarterly report for small business) on Dec. 15 '98

most of the stuff at EDGAR Online is free if you register. You only have to pay for real-time filings, alerts, etc.
