Your "Argument" You use the "Big Lie" approach, pioneered by Adolph Hitler: repeat something long enough, loud enough, and hope that maybe people will start to believe it. You and your buddies have only one purpose here - to create as much FUD as possible, so you can cover your short position as profitably as possible. You have no documentation of any wrongdoing. You never had. Don't forget: you've left a trail of your desperate attempts to drum up assistance and support for your effort to badmouth this company (which I've previously documented) all over SI. You just keep on repeating the same allegations, which you call "facts", but without the benefit of anything to support them. If anyone dares to contradict you, or ask for REAL evidence to support your allegation, you label them a "hypster", and "a criminal", and threaten to report them to the SEC. When pinned down, as I just did with your inane argument about "titans" running a BB company, you try to change the subject, and then , when called on that, say "name 2 or 3 more". Keep moving, keep changing the subject, keep attacking. Defense by offense: that's your mode of operation. The problem for me is, it's just so obvious, and you and your cohorts are just so bad at it, that, well, it is actually quite embarrassing to watch y'all. Now, take someone like Mr. Pink; there's an artist, and a joy to watch in action. Check out a chart on PDX. See where it goes down? Note the date. Now, go over to Mr. Pink's thread, and read up on the story behind it. See how there's RESEARCH? See how there's actual WRONGDOING? That's what is called EVIDENCE. Time, and time again, you and your buddies have been asked for evidence. I can't speak for anyone else, but I sure want to know about any problems. I asked your friend trader14U to substantiate his allegation of "fraud", and he tells me to kiss his ass. If he had anything, he would certainly have shared it, because it would lend even more support to his argument, and cause more people to sell out. You've been repeatedly asked to support your wild claims. The best you can come up with is the "where there's smoke, there's fire" argument. Simultaneously, you discount 100% the fact that certainly, the CFO would be a prime suspect in any fraud investigation, and yet he came through unscathed. You and your pals are easily the most pathetic thing I've ever seen here on SI. Please, in the name of all that's good in the world, *PLEASE BE BETTER AT WHAT YOU DO* .
