William, the analyst's at Goldman Sachs don't think the upcoming OPEC meeting will result in any new changes.

Any thoughts on their expectation, or is just a "smoke screen" by them?

Looks like 54 is a near term resistance for OSX. If it breaks this then it should set up a run. We'll see for sure in another 8-10 days. Beginning to see evidence of upward movement among many OSX components.

Big oils likely a little later, although I like ARC here for a couple of points.
