Mike,

I say 9 days......because 10 days puts the green light on a Saturday....based on a preliminary comment letter today. I don't think the SEC gives green lights on Saturdays.....So I'm saying 9 days.

I thought I would explain this...so that you didn't get the idea that I know anything......

I'm also guessing that trading will begin 5 days after getting the green light.......which would be a Wednesday......following the Friday.

Under your green light......Trading would begin on a Saturday. Boy, that would be unusual! Even plugging your week after green light into my revised model..... would have the start of trading on a Friday. And we all know that is not a good idea.. They could wait out the week, and start trading the following Monday....making it 10 days after the green light......but I don't think they would do that either.....because another 10 days would be like 3 months. Too many people are ready to pee their pants already.

Got all that?...... Remember....you were the one who asked if anyone had a guess.
