They've already had a convertible in place. I believe it was for almost 13mln shares. Lots of conversion when the stock first started spiking around Thanksgiving. Don't know if he was referring to another possible "private placement". I'll take it as heresay for now.

There were no conversion "time limits" or amount of stock that can be converted at once.

Dave, XCR.

stiltz came up with a post that he said a" friend knows a ceo of an investment firm which wants to invest a bigger stake in navr."

I asked the guy to disclose the source. He declined.

As we all know, that NAVR is almost out of cash per the last 10-Q and stiltz revealed that this bigger firm is privately held, a "L.P."

my uneducated guess was: If there is a deal AT ALL, that might be a convertible....

So....no facts, all rumor, presently. Pls feel free to ask our caring friend stiltz, which sort of deal should be done...

And read what Mr. Stiltz usually posts on the NAVR thread.

Dave: with all due respect I did not say private convertible offering; or anything private, or exercisable warrants or convertible preferred: it's going into the market and buying: remember: some firms do make investments. My goodness: try to stop inventing fantasies about navr's ubiquitous descent: you're beginning to sound like some of the fantasy possessed longs! Just be careful out there, if you're going to short at these levels; it is real dangerous. Regards , Stiltz1
