Its not bad info. Its simply the truth.. The 50 million 144 shares were all issued as payment for service.. In other words, they paid all thier obligations with shares,, very encouraging.. From the 144 if you read edgar-online, you will see that only 12 million of the 50 million 144's were sold.. Where are the other 34 million?.. this is a rehetorical question.. (I know where they are, and belive me, their ready to be dumped on the next run)

Wayne.. my humblest of appoligies if I disturbed the thread, you will not hear anything else from me on this matter, just hate to see people buying scamy stocks and losing thier money.

P.S. Lance.. I too have flipped SFAD for fun.. made some nice cash off it too.. But I know.. as well as others that the company is suspect, to say the least..
